Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of ramtricity.com and related online intake tools operated by Ramtricity Electric.

By using this website, submitting a form, starting a chat/assistant session, or requesting service online, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who we serve and service area

Ramtricity Electric provides residential electrical services primarily in Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and surrounding New Mexico communities within about a 100-mile radius.

Submitting a request does not guarantee service availability, appointment timing, or acceptance of every project. We may decline or refer work outside scope, capacity, licensing, or service-area constraints.

Website content and no emergency guarantee

Website content, service descriptions, FAQs, assistant answers, and educational pages are general information for homeowners. They are not a substitute for on-site evaluation, code interpretation by the authority having jurisdiction, engineering, or emergency response.

If you smell burning, see sparks/smoke, suspect shock risk, or face an immediate hazard, call emergency services first. Then contact a qualified electrician when it is safe to do so.

Online response times, form acknowledgements, and assistant answers do not create an emergency-dispatch contract or guaranteed arrival time unless separately confirmed by Ramtricity for a specific job.

Quotes, estimates, and bookings

Online quote or booking requests are invitations for Ramtricity to review your project. Pricing, scope, and schedule become binding only when confirmed by Ramtricity through a proposal, invoice, written confirmation, or other agreed commercial terms.

Estimates may change after on-site inspection, panel/load review, photo review, permit requirements, material availability, hidden conditions, or customer-requested scope changes.

You agree that information and photos you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to request work at the service address provided.

Permits, utilities, and third parties

Some electrical projects require permits, inspections, utility coordination (including PNM service/meter processes), HOA approvals, or other third-party steps. Timelines and requirements are controlled by those entities, not solely by Ramtricity.

Website guides about permits, inspections, or utility upgrades are planning aids only. Final requirements must be confirmed with the relevant city, county, utility, or inspector.

Payments

Payment terms are stated on the applicable proposal, invoice, or payment link. Late, failed, or reversed payments may delay scheduling or completion.

Third-party payment processors handle card transactions under their own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual property

Site design, branding, text, logos, graphics, and related materials are owned by Ramtricity or its licensors and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission, except for ordinary personal browsing and legitimate sharing of public pages.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, scrape the site in an abusive way, submit malware, or use the site for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.

You agree not to upload content you do not have rights to share, or content that invades privacy or contains unlawful material.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and online tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure online operation.

Any service warranties for performed electrical work are governed by the separate job agreement, proposal, invoice terms, or applicable law — not by general website copy alone.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramtricity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, reliance on general online content, or delays in online communications.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where such limitation is prohibited.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ramtricity and its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, or your submission of false/unauthorized information, to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at https://ramtricity.com/privacy/.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and exclusive venue for disputes arising from website use shall be in courts located in New Mexico, except where prohibited by law.
